The Story of Kaarigar by Scatter Shade Crafts Pvt. Ltd.
Founded in 2020 under Scatter Shade Crafts Pvt. Ltd., Kaarigar was born out of a deep respect for Indian heritage and a commitment to the hands that keep it alive — our artisans.
What started as a heartfelt effort to support local craftsmen during the pandemic has today grown into a trusted retail brand known for premium, handwoven and handmade Indian crafts. With its first store opening in Delhi’s iconic Khan Market, Kaarigar quickly became a space where tradition meets authenticity.
Over the years, Kaarigar by Scatter Shade Crafts has empowered more than 2500 artisans from across India — including many national and state awardees — giving them not just work but recognition and dignity. These talented craftsmen create with soul, using time-honored techniques passed down through generations.
